F.A.Q

What wax is used to create the candles?

We use Soya wax which is naturally extracted from soybean oil. It is an excellent vegan-friendly wax made from responsibly-sourced soy. More information about our produce can be found on our sustainability page. www.link.com

Can the containers be reused?

Yes. Our candle holders, crafted from premium materials such as brass and marble, are sourced from international suppliers known for their authenticity, they are able to be used in various ways after the wax melts.

We can as well refill your candle once it has been used up. Charges do apply for refilling.

Is Customisation possible?

Yes. For corporate gifting, collaborations or simply a purchase for yourself, the scent and design of the candles are customisable.

For collaborations- Our packaging of the candles allows you to place a logo in a sticker form/ metal plated form on our boxes and candles itself. However, our signature tag will remain. The colour of the tag, decoration elements on the box in terms of the colour, the type of flower, are options that are customisable. Email us with your order inquiry and we will cater detailed information accordingly.

What quantity/ size candle do I need for my space?

We have a wide variety of candles that can be used in different locations and events. For example, some candles would work great in a bathroom setting and so forth. This is an option up to your creativity to pick candles that would aesthetically match the ambiance of your space.

Some of our clients placed our copper candle tinted in burnt orange against a navy blue wallpaper in their bedroom.

Larger rooms or spaces with high ceilings or open floor plans may need multiple candles for the best fragrance permeation. You can have multiple candles of the same scent, or mix and match them for your own unique blend.

Can handwritten notes be sent with our purchase if we were to gift it to someone?

Yes. We also create handmade artful cards along with candles, please email us about your requirements and we can construct that too.
